Magali MARK

I graduated from Brest School of Art with a Master in art and design in 2012.

Whilst still a student I discovered porcelain in a workshop run by Christian Couty and ever since then, this material has haunted me, regularly appearing in my work which is situated on the borderline between art and design.

I am fascinated by the whiteness of porcelain and feel I can explore its many other possibilities whilst respecting the skills required to fire and model it.

Joining Esprit Porcelaine is a real chance for me. It means I can share my enthusiasm with others, exchange and be inspired to further the cause of ware that is “Made in Limoges” and of course develop my ideas into real objects.
